General information
The protection of your personal data is a special priority for us. We therefore process your data only on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG (Telecommunications Act) 2003). In this privacy statement we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) personal information is any data with which you could be personally identified.

Contacting us
If you contact us by completing the form on the website or by e-mail, we will store your data for a period of six months in order to process your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not disclose this data without your consent.

Data storage
We draw your attention to the fact that, for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for the subsequent execution of the contract, landlords in the region store the IP data of the subscriber within the scope of cookies, as well as the name, address, e-mail and credit card number of the purchaser.
The data you provide is necessary to fulfil the contract or to implement pre-contractual measures. Without this data the landlords in the region will be unable to conclude any accommodation agreement with you. No data is transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of credit card data to processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the booking price, and to tax advisers in order to comply with our tax obligations and those of landlords in the region.
After termination of the booking process, the data stored by us will be erased. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).  
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6 (1) a (consent) and/or b (necessary for fulfilment of a contract) of the (GDPR).

Our interest within the scope of the GDPR (justified interest) is the improvement of our services and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised. The user data is stored for a period of 26 months.

Matomo
This website uses the web analysis tool Matomo for the purpose of analyzing how users use the website on the legal basis of legitimate interest (analysis of website usage). This tool is installed on our web server, the data is not passed on to third parties. This website uses the "IP anonymization" function. This will shorten your IP address and make your data anonymous.

Disable Matomo: You can generally prevent the collection of your user data on our website by setting "Do Not Track" in your web browser. Our website honors the "Do Not Track" signal that your web browser then sends to all websites.

Newsletter

Information about our Facebook page
In addition to this website, we also operate the Facebook page www.facebook.com/Best.of.Zillertal/, which allows us to present our company, provide information about our offers and to communicate with our customers and interested parties. We only process personal data when you interact with our Facebook page, e.g. if you leave a comment, click a like button or send us a message. On the one hand, the legal basis for this data processing by us is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (e.g. if you send us a contract-related request). On the other hand, data processing may also be based on your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (e.g. if you "like" one of our articles or upload content to our site).
